We will gladly assist you in your efforts to be reimbursed by your insurance company for the treatment covered by your plan. Our goal is to provide you with the best, evidence based dental treatment that you needed. Our relationship is with you and not your insurance company.
For most treatments including some complicated and extensive ones, we will be happy to provide you with a detailed treatment and payment plan prior to any work to ease the financial burden. We accept cash, checks, most credit cards and Care Credit payments.
Unless prior arrangement has been made, full payment is expected at completion of treatment. For patient who has dental insurance coverage, payment for the balance of the actual charge less than the insurance coverage estimate is expected at completion of treatment. Patient will be responsible for the full charge of the treatment if insurance failed in their obligation to pay.
